欢迎使用 Kiteline。本条款是 Apple 标准许可协议（EULA）的补充，两者一起约束你对 Kiteline（Mac App、iPhone App 和 Apple Watch App）的使用。下载、安装或使用 Kiteline，即表示你同意本条款。
1. Kiteline 是什么
Kiteline 帮你在手机和手表上查看、回复自己 Mac 上的 Claude Code 会话。Kiteline 是独立开发的第三方工具，与 Anthropic 没有关联，也未获其认可；Claude 和 Claude Code 是 Anthropic 的商标。使用 Kiteline 需要你自己在 Mac 上安装 Claude Code，并遵守你与 Anthropic 之间的条款。
2. 免费版与 Kiteline Pro 订阅
- 免费版：手机与电脑在同一个局域网（同一 Wi-Fi）时，可以免费使用全部功能，包括查看会话、回复、语音、发图、授权、回答提问、新建任务等。电脑端本身免费，功能不受限制。
- Kiteline Pro：解锁远程访问——手机不在电脑所在的局域网时（例如使用 5G 或其他 Wi-Fi），也能通过点对点连接或我们的中继服务器连上电脑。远程访问依赖的中继服务器会持续产生服务器与流量费用，订阅收入用于维持这些服务。
- Kiteline Pro 提供按月和按年两种自动续期订阅，价格以 App Store 显示为准。确认购买时从你的 Apple 账户扣款。
- 订阅会自动续期，续费在当期结束前 24 小时内从 Apple 账户扣款，除非你在当期结束至少 24 小时前关闭自动续期。
- 可以随时在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」里管理或取消订阅。取消后，当期结束前仍可使用。
- 如提供免费试用，试用期内购买订阅时，试用期未使用的部分作废。
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
3. 你的责任
- 通过 Kiteline 发出的消息和确认（允许执行命令、批准计划、回答提问等），与你在电脑前亲自操作的效果相同，后果由你承担。确认前请看清楚 Claude 要做的事。
- 请保管好已配对的手机。手机丢失或不再使用时，请在 Mac 的「设置 → 设备」里停用它。
- 不得利用 Kiteline 或 Kiteline 中继服务从事违法活动，不得攻击、干扰或滥用中继服务器。
4. 中继服务
Kiteline 中继在手机和 Mac 无法直连时转发端到端加密的数据，按「尽力而为」提供，不保证不中断。为防止滥用，我们可能对单个连接限速。我们可能调整或停止中继服务；你也可以在 Mac 的「设置 → 远程访问」里改用自己部署的中继。
5. 免责声明
在法律允许的范围内，Kiteline 按「现状」提供，不对其适用于特定目的、不中断或没有错误作出保证。对于因使用或无法使用 Kiteline 造成的数据丢失、代码损坏、Claude 用量费用等间接或附带损失，我们不承担责任。App 显示的花费、用量仅供参考，以 Anthropic 的账单为准。
6. 知识产权
Kiteline 的软件、界面和图标受法律保护。除 Apple EULA 授予的使用许可外，不得复制、修改、反编译或再分发。
7. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页公布新的生效日期；重大变更会在 App 内提示。变更后继续使用 Kiteline，即表示你同意新的条款。
8. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（为本条款之目的，不包括香港、澳门和台湾地区的法律）。因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

These terms supplement the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA); together they govern your use of Kiteline (the Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch apps). By downloading, installing or using Kiteline you agree to them.
1. About Kiteline
Kiteline lets you view and reply to the Claude Code sessions on your own Mac from your phone and watch. Kiteline is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic; Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. You need your own installation of Claude Code and remain bound by your terms with Anthropic.
2. Free version and Kiteline Pro
- Free: every feature is free while your phone and computer are on the same local network (the same Wi-Fi), including viewing sessions, replying, voice, sending images, approving actions, answering questions and creating tasks. The desktop app is free and unrestricted.
- Kiteline Pro unlocks Remote Access: when your phone is not on your computer’s local network (for example over cellular or other Wi-Fi), it connects to your computer peer-to-peer or through our relay servers. The relay servers incur ongoing server and bandwidth costs, which subscriptions help cover.
- Kiteline Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions at the price shown in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your responsibilities
- Messages and confirmations you send through Kiteline (allowing commands, approving plans, answering questions) have the same effect as doing so at your computer, and you are responsible for them. Review what Claude is about to do before confirming.
- Keep your paired phone safe. If it is lost or no longer used, revoke it in Settings → Devices on your Mac.
- Do not use Kiteline or the Kiteline relay for unlawful purposes, and do not attack, disrupt or abuse the relay.
4. Relay service
The Kiteline relay forwards end-to-end encrypted traffic when your phone and Mac cannot connect directly. It is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of availability, and connections may be rate-limited to prevent abuse. We may change or discontinue the relay; you can switch to a relay you host in Settings → Remote Access on your Mac.
5. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Kiteline is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use Kiteline, including data loss, damaged code or Claude usage charges. Costs and usage shown in the app are estimates; Anthropic's billing is authoritative.
6. Intellectual property
The Kiteline software, interface and icons are protected by law. Except for the license granted under the Apple EULA, you may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here, pointing out significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Kiteline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they will be submitted to the competent people's court where the developer is located.
